Diamond Upgrade
Natural diamond purchases from Carroll / Ochs will be valued at 100% of its original purchase price. To get started, simply bring your jewelry in for evaluation. A minimum purchase price for upgrading will be determined at the time of evaluation. The trade value will then be deducted from the new purchase. Visit store for full details.
Lab-grown diamonds are not included in the Diamond Upgrade policy and a value will be determined at time of trade-in.
We accept jewelry not purchased at Carroll / Ochs as trade-in. Bring your item(s) in for evaluation to get started. Orginal receipts are not necessary but helpful.
Store Credit
If you are interested in selling your gold, silver, platinum, and diamonds for store credit we will give you at least 150% of its cash value. This policy does not require a minimum purchase value.
