With free layaway there is no need for credit check and approval. Simply make a deposit on the item you’re interested in and we will hold it for you until you’re ready to pick it up. All we require is a monthly payment to keep the item on hold.

What is the Carroll Ochs Credit Card?
We are partnered with Synchrony Bank to offer you a credit card with a revolving credit line. The card can be used again and again exclusively at Carroll / Ochs Jewelers. Subject to credit review and approval.
What is “Deferred Interest” Financing?
Interest occurs (adds up) from the purchase date but is deferred to the end of the promotional period. You are still required to make minimum monthly payments. The minimum monthly payments will typically NOT pay off the full purchase within the promotional period. You can choose to pay more every month to pay off the balance within the promotional period and avoid paying interest. If you do not pay off the purchase in full, by the end of the promotional period, then the interest that has accrued from the date of the purchase WILL be added to the remaining balance.
What is “Fixed Payments, Reduced Interest” Financing?
Interest is charged on the promotional purchase from the purchase date at a reduced rate of 9.99% APR. Click here for a payment calculator to determine your required monthly payment.
What is “Equal Payments, No Interest” Financing?
No interest is charged on the promotional purchase. The monthly payments are the same amount each month ($2,400 purchase divided by 24 months means you will pay $100 each month for 24 months). The required equal monthly payments will pay off the purchase in full at the end of the promotional period. If payments are missed or late, you may be charged a late fee, but the promotional purchase remains interest free.

How can I make a payment on my Carroll / Ochs Credit Card?
There are three convenient ways to pay your bill:
• Pay Online - Click here to manage your account and make payments online.
• Pay by Phone - Contact Synchrony Bank Customer Service at 1-866-396-8254 during business hours (Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 12:00 midnight EST & Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST) to make a payment by phone.
• Pay by Mail - Mail payments to Synchrony Bank, PO Box 960061, Orlando, FL 32896-0061. Ensure that you have plenty of time for your payment to arrive prior to the due date.
*Synchrony Deferred Interest - Minimum purchase required. No interest will be charged on the promo purchase if you pay the promo purchase amount in full within the promo period. If you do not pay in full, interest will be charged on the promo purchase from the purchase date. Depending on purchase amount, promotion length, and payment allocation, the required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period. “All Synchrony Financing” terms below also apply.
*Synchrony Fixed Monthly Payments - Minimum purchase required. Interest will be charged on promo purchases from the purchase date at a reduced 9.99% APR, and fixed monthly payments are required until paid in full. **Layaway accounts exceeding the allowed twelve month payment period may be subject to fees and/or refunded as store credit. Altered merchandise is subject to restocking fees if work is done. Restocking fee will be determined by adding the total cost of work performed AND work needed to return to saleable condition. New layaways only. Specific items may be exempt from layaway. Payments will be issued to the original payment method(s) or taken as store credit.
