Not Covered This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage, loss, theft, tampering, and stones over one-thousand dollars in value (including the center stone of rings). For extra coverage we recommend insuring your jewelry or purchasing a care plan.

Returns If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase - return it within 100-days for a full refund. 100 day return policy applies to fine gold & platinum jewelry. Custom and special order items are non-returnable. Altered merchandise may be subject to a restocking fees. Merchandise returned must be in "like new" and unaltered condition. Any situation that falls outside of the return policy will be handled on a case by case basis and requires inspection of the item. Refunds are returned in the original payment method.

Warranty on Manufacturing Defects - Carroll / Ochs will make necessary repairs and replacements at no charge that prove to be manufacturing defects. If repair or replacement cannot be made after the products return period, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit for the initial sale price. "Lifetime" is the life expectancy of the item purchased; it is not the lifetime of the buyer.
Disclosure - Carroll / Ochs complementary services, warranties, guarantees, return policy, and upgrade policy are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser. If any other party has worked on an item under warranty, the warranty is subject to termination. Original receipt may be required.
