What is the length of coverage for this plan? Lifetime - the life of the care plan is considered complete if accumulated repair cost reaches the initial purchase value or upon replacement. Refer to your Montage Care Plan for specific coverage.
Do I have any out-of-pocket costs after the purchase of this plan? Nope - there are no additional fees or deductibles.
Can I purchase a care plan on something I did not get from Carroll / Ochs? Yes - as long as the article is in like new condition and there are no preexisting conditions. For example: if Carroll / Ochs reconditions or repairs a necklace you inheritated, you may purchase a care after necessary work is done .
Who will do the work? Carroll / Ochs - if you're out of area, you can find someone in the Montage network or request a free shipping label from us.
How do I recieve service? Visit our store or contact us at 734-243-9500 if you are out of the area.
What if my product can't be repaired? If your product can't be repaired, we may replace or reimburse you in an amount equal to the purchase. If replaced, a new care plan will need to be purchased to continue coverage.
What does it NOT cover? Stone loss in fire, theft, mysterious disappearance, tampering, etc. Care plans are not offered on merchandise over $25,000.
